Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience: 2–10 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Age: Below 40 years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up to close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Job Requirements





- Must own a two-wheeler (petrol allowance will be provided).
- 2–10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in field sales, client visits, and business development is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will have an added advantage Metal, Plywood, Glass, Aluminium, uPVC Doors & Windows.
