GyanNidhi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager – Enterprise AI to promote and sell enterprise AI solutions, including Local LLM, RAG, AI Chatbots, Knowledge Management, and other AI-powered business solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technology sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and position suitable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify enterprise leads and create new sales opportunities
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations and webinars
- Understand customer requirements and position appropriate AI solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers
- Coordinate PoCs, technical discussions, and closures with product and technical teams
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demo materials
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and industry events
- Support marketing campaigns and enterprise outreach activities

Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales of Software, SaaS, Cloud, IT, or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology sales




- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Solid lead-generation and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and interested in AI technologies
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, PoCs, exhibitions, and industry events

AI & Technology Knowledge

Good understanding of the following will be preferred:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Local AI / On-Premise AI
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Chatbots
- Knowledge Management Systems
- Enterprise AI Solutions

Familiarity with technologies such as Llama, Mistral, Ollama, LangChain, ChromaDB, Milvus, PostgreSQL, Python, Docker, and Vector Databases will be an added advantage.
