Key Responsibilities

- Visit salons, aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, beauty stores, pharmacies, and retail partners within the assigned territory.
- Present Bingsu Skin's portfolio of premium Korean skincare brands and professional aesthetic solutions through product demonstrations, samples, brochures, and training sessions.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and onboarding new retail and professional partners.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with store owners, clinic managers, dermatologists, aestheticians, beauty professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Drive product placements, increase brand visibility, and support merchandising activities at partner locations.




- Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat business, resolve queries, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns, workshops, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Collect customer feedback, competitor information, and market insights to support future business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory availability, product deliveries, and customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular reports on client visits, sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Head.

Who Can Apply?

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or aesthetic products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory. English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including nearby cities and districts.
- Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
