Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Marketing Executive at Online Tutor Hub. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new customer segments, build relationships with prospective learners and parents, and promote the platform’s tutoring services through targeted marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing leads, and tracking campaign performance.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, optimize digital outreach, and ensure a consistent brand presence across channels.



The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring key performance metrics, and continuously improving sales and marketing initiatives to drive enrollment growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, assess demand, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Marketing skills to design, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital channels and other outreach platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting solutions, engaging prospects, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Experience in education, e-learning, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
- Comfort with remote work, including robust time management, self-motivation, and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze data and KPIs to refine strategies and report on sales and marketing performance.
