Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for shop-to-shop visits, meeting business owners, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit shops, offices, businesses, and commercial areas on a daily basis.
- Introduce and promote company products, services, and offers to potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Meet shop owners and decision-makers and explain products/services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Collect customer information and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback about competitors and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into customers.
- Submit daily visit and lead reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and daily shop-to-shop visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to communicate in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
