Job Role

- Sales & Marketing Executive

- Generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.

- Identify potential B2B customers and understand their product requirements.

- Prepare and execute daily and weekly customer visit plans.

- Conduct 3 - 4 customer visits per day to promote company products and generate business.

- Coordinate product sample testing and ensure successful customer validation and approval.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Follow up regularly with customers and convert qualified leads into business.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification to conversion.

- Submit daily visit reports, lead status updates, customer feedback, and sales progress reports.

- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.





- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
