1. Identify and develop new B2B customers in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés (HORECA), Caterers, Bakeries, and Sweet Shops.

2Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for institutional customers. 3Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships.

4Present dairy product portfolio and provide product demonstrations where required.

5 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

6 Prepare quotations, proposals, and institutional agreements.

7 Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

8 Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

9Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.

10Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

11Generate sales forecasts and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.





12Coordinate promotional activities, product sampling, and customer engagement programs.

13Cross-sell and upsell dairy products to existing customers.

14Ensure customer retention through regular follow-ups and service excellence.

15Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/MIS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
