Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Bhayander West, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new admission enquiries through field marketing, calls, social media and local activities.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain the preschool programs, facilities, fees and admission process to parents.
- Conduct parent counselling and arrange school visits.
- Develop marketing activities in nearby societies, schools, residential areas and local communities.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, visits and admissions.
- Coordinate with the CLO and school team for admission-related activities.
- Achieve monthly enquiry and admission targets.
- Collect feedback from parents and maintain good relationships with existing families.
- Support social media promotions, events and admission campaigns.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Presentable,



energetic and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of local area and residential societies will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and social media.
- Prior experience in preschool, education, sales or telecalling will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators
- Number of recent enquiries generated
- Parent counselling and school visits
- Enquiry-to-admission conversion
- Monthly admission target achievement
- Follow-up effectiveness

Salary: 15000-18000 per month + Performance Incentive Joining: Immediate / As per availability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- sales & marketing for preschool: 3 years (Preferred)
