About the Role

Avision Institute is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive – Field Marketing to promote our educational programs, generate student enquiries, and support admission growth.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing field marketing activities, building relationships with students and parents, visiting schools, colleges and other relevant locations, and generating qualified leads for the institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Avision Institute's courses and academic programs through field marketing activities.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, residential areas, educational hubs and other potential locations to generate leads.
- Interact with students and parents and explain courses, admission processes, scholarships and other offerings.
- Generate new student enquiries through direct marketing and local promotional activities.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, promotional materials and other marketing resources.
- Organize and support seminars, career counselling sessions, educational events and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with schools, teachers, students, parents and local communities.




- Follow up with leads generated through field activities and coordinate with the counselling/admission team.
- Maintain daily records of visits, enquiries, leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and admission targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends and student requirements.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and admission teams for promotional campaigns.
- Represent Avision Institute professionally during all marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with experience in education, sales or field marketing will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents and educational institutions.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive local-area knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
