We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business and promote our B2B & B2C Digital Products. The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Vendor Onboarding, and Marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, conducting product presentations, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- B2B & B2C Marketplace
- Multi-Vendor E-commerce Platform
- ERP Software
- Property Portal
- Motors Portal
- Jobs Portal
- Business Listing Portal
- Nearby Services Platform
- SaaS & Digital Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business through field visits, referrals, and online channels.
- Meet retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, and business owners.
- Present company products and explain their business benefits.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Onboard vendors and merchants onto the company's digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Execute online and offline marketing activities.




- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in B2B and B2C Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
- Experience in Vendor Onboarding and Customer Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of E-commerce, ERP Software, SaaS Products, or Digital Platforms will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based sales.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with experience in Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or Marketplace Solutions will be given preference.
