Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for a leading hardware company dealing in building materials, construction products, industrial machinery, power tools, and equipment. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with excellent communication and sales skills to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell hardware products, building materials, industrial machinery, power tools, and related equipment.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, dealers, retailers, and industrial clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and advantages to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales and visit reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions,



and marketing activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in hardware, building materials, construction materials, industrial products, machinery, paints, sanitary ware, electricals, plywood, cement, steel, or related industries will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
