Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Engineer role based in India.

The Sales Marketing

Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities for molded and extruded rubber products, manage existing customer accounts, and build strong, long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding customer technical requirements, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure feasible and cost-effective solutions.



The role involves preparing and delivering technical sales presentations, attending customer meetings and industry events, and supporting the development of marketing materials and campaigns.

The Sales Marketing

Engineer will track sales performance, analyze market trends, provide regular reports, and contribute to pricing, product positioning, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in industrial, automotive, or rubber/plastics manufacturing sales or application engineering is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as required.
