Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, technically sound Marketing Engineer to drive business development, lead generation, and techno-commercial strategies for our industrial product lines. The ideal candidate possesses a strong engineering background to comprehend technical layouts, structural drawings, and industrial client needs, paired with the commercial acumen to structure winning bids and build long-term relationships with institutional clients, consultants, and public sector undertakings (PSUs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Analytical Competency:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Drawing Literacy: Proven ability to read and interpret industrial engineering blueprints and 2D/3D CAD models (e.g., AutoCAD,



SolidEdge).
- Industry Standards: Basic familiarity with relevant heavy industrial codes, factory regulatory policies, or structural engineering parameters.

Commercial & Interpersonal Skills

- B2B Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in technical marketing, application engineering, or industrial sales within heavy manufacturing.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and oral communication skills tailored for complex technical presentations and contract negotiation.
- Mobility: Strong willingness to travel regionally or pan-India for direct site assessments and face-to-face client reviews.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
