Global Power Systems is expanding its Water & Wastewater Treatment division. We are hiring for the following three positions, based in Pune. Application details are provided at the end of this document.

1 Sales Manager — Water Treatment (STP / ETP / WTP)

Full-time Pune Water Division

ROLE SUMMARY

Drive sales and business development for the water division, covering Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Water

Treatment Plants (WTP). Own the complete sales cycle — from generating inquiries to closing deals — and lead and mentor the sales executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy for STP / ETP / WTP solutions.

Generate new inquiries through direct outreach, networking, consultants, contractors, and existing clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, site assessment, techno-commercial proposals, negotiation, and closure.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients across industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential segments.





Prepare and present techno-commercial offers in coordination with the design and engineering team.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Guide and support the sales executive; review pipeline and performance.

Coordinate with the service and project teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.

REQUIRED

5–8 years of B2B or industrial sales experience.

Proven track record of generating inquiries and closing deals.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental engineering preferred).

Solid negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.

Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

PREFERRED

Direct experience selling STP / ETP / WTP systems or related water treatment equipment.

Existing network of consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients in Pune / Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
