We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our tile sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Manage sales representatives and provide leadership, guidance, and support to achieve sales objectives

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient delivery of products and services

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotions

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field





Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the tile industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building and maintaining customer relationships

Robust leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools

Proficiency in MS Office
