We connect customers with suppliers and transport partners through an organized, technology-driven platform built to simplify construction logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities among builders, contractors, developers, and construction material buyers through field visits, calls, networking, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their transportation requirements, and recommend suitable Transpotech solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients, convert qualified leads into business opportunities, and maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and address customer queries professionally.




- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Build a strong network within the construction and transportation ecosystem and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Eligibility · 3-5 years sales experience in construction/material handling/real estate industry.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Robust customer service and relationship management skills.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.

· Energetic, target-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel for client visits.
