About Us

Tekno Electro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TESX Industries) is a leading manufacturer of RFID Hotel Locks, Digital Locks, Digital Safes, Hotel Amenities, and Hospitality Solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, expand our dealer network, and develop project business across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities with hotels, builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Appoint and manage dealers and channel partners across assigned territories.
- Generate project enquiries, conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer support teams for smooth project execution.




- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Travel across India for client meetings, dealer development, and project visits.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality products, electronic security, architectural hardware, building materials, furniture fittings, sanitaryware, or related industries.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop current business.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in dealer development and project sales will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
