Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.

Build, train, and manage the advisor team.

Generate business through advisors and direct customer acquisition.

Conduct regular advisor meetings and monitor performance.

Build robust customer and business relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Attend company training programs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Role Type: ✅ Field Sales Eligibility:

Graduate (Mandatory) 2–3 years of sales experience (Insurance preferred) Local candidates preferred Personal vehicle is mandatory Good communication, negotiation, networking, and team management skills Its only field sales.
