Job Title - Sales Manager / Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Location- North Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager / Sourcing Manager to drive sales, generate quality leads, build channel partner networks, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Manager

Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closures.

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for seamless transactions.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Sourcing Manager

Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

Expand the channel partner network to generate consistent business.

Organize channel partner meets and engagement activities..

Track sourcing performance and ensure target achievement.

Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Maintain regular communication with sourcing partners and resolve their queries promptly.

1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing.

Required Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Customer relationship management.

Lead generation and conversion.

Knowledge of residential real estate.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
