We provide industrial and construction solutions including compressors, workshop tools, welding machines, pumps, PPE, and heavy-duty equipment for factories, dealers, and project sites.

Role Overview :

- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coordinate our sales executives across multiple product lines:

- Elgi & ATS Elgi (compressors and automotive service equipment)

- Construction Chemicals (Sika, Fosroc, Hindcon)

- ACE Construction Equipment (cranes, heavy-duty machinery, tools)

- Safety Products (PPE, industrial safety solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the sales executives in each vertical

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve overall business targets

- Strengthen client relationships with contractors, engineers, and quality teams

- Expand market presence across North Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, and nearby regions





Candidate Profile:

- Graduate or Postgraduate (Engineering degree mandatory)

- 5–7 years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
