The Compensation (Why You Should Apply):

- Base Pay: Salary is absolutely NO BAR for the right candidate. Show us your track record, and we will match your worth.
- Individual Incentives: Aggressive commission structures for achieving and exceeding your personal conversion targets.
- Clinic-Wide Bonus: You earn when the clinic wins. We offer dual incentives based on achieving overall monthly clinic sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert consultations into treatment plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Guide patients through their aesthetic journey with confidence and care.
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust, empathy,



and consistent follow-up.
- Work closely with the clinical team under Dr. Neha's guidance to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- (For Managers): Take charge of CRM dashboards, oversee the lead pipeline, and drive the overall sales strategy.
