Resido Realty LLP is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing real estate sales team in Panaji, Goa.

We are looking for a motivated and confident sales professional with experience in real estate or a target-driven sales setting. The ideal candidate should be good at handling customers, generating leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Maintain regular updates on leads and sales activities through CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate the booking process.




- Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of English; Hindi/Konkani/Marathi would be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also apply.

Location: Panaji, Goa Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
