- Achieve monthly and annual room revenue and business targets.

- Generate recent business through corporate, travel trade, MICE, OTA, and other market segments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and key accounts.

- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase room occupancy and revenue.

- Handle corporate and group room enquiries, negotiations, proposals, and contracts.

- Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, room rates, and promotional offers.

- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, client meetings, leads, and business conversions.





- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed room bookings.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies for assigned accounts.

- Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, exhibitions, client events, and promotional activities.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Support the hotel in achieving overall revenue and profitability objectives.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
