- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
- Deal Closures Drive endtoend sales cycles including client engagement, negotiations, and final closures.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Market Analysis Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Forecasting Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for senior management.
