Role Description:

This role is responsible for driving sales of orthopedic biomaterials, particularly bone cement solutions, by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and distributors. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating with clinical and technical teams, and providing timely market feedback to support product development and marketing.

Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports and forecasts, ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and support training and education initiatives for customers and internal teams.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine, trauma, or surgical products.
- Experience with orthopedic biomaterials (bone cement), spine and joint replacement implants, arthroplasty, or related products is highly preferred.
- Practical exposure to Operating Theatre (OT) case support is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
