5 Negotiate contract commercials with current customers and recommend for approval

6 Update & maintain data in CRM software

7 Increase customer base at each branch

8 Assess business potential in the area and take steps to generate new enquiries

9 Ensure adequate pipeline to achieve budgeted sales

10 Increase geographical spread of business

11 Analyse and review CRM reports with MBD team at CH & Branches

Sales

1 Increase business from existing customers, including new lines of business

2 Achieve Service levels as defined by customer/ MRC and periodic review with customer / branch

3 Timely resolution of customer complaints





4 Timely renewal of customer contracts

5 Develop and maintain good customer relationship

6 Monthly Review with Branch heads:

a. Sales b. Profitability c. Customer Outstanding d. Unbilled CN e. Billing Accuracy

7 Ensure collection of receivables within due date

8 Ensure all consignments are billed within 30 days from the date of delivery

9 Recommend doubtful debts for initiating legal action and provide necessary documents / information to Legal dept

10 Obtain customer feedback on quarterly basis, analyse the same and take corrective measures

11 Support Finance for customer account reconciliations and balance confirmations

12 Ensure closure of UACs and short payments on monthly basis
