Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen business relationships with Hyundai and Kia OEM customers.

- Act as the single point of contact for Hyundai and Kia customer accounts.

- Handle RFQs, new business opportunities, quotations, commercial negotiations, and order finalization.

- Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and finance teams for smooth project execution.

- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities within Hyundai and Kia platforms.

- Monitor customer demand, production schedules, and delivery commitments.

- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Lead commercial discussions related to pricing, annual cost reductions, and contract renewals.

- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and MIS reports for management.

- Track competitor activities and market trends to support business growth.

- Support new product development (NPD) and localization projects.

Key Skills:





- Strong customer management skills with Hyundai and Kia OEMs.

- Experience in automotive component sales.

- Excellent commercial negotiation and business development skills.

- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, and automotive development processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Hands-on experience managing Hyundai and Kia customer accounts.

- Experience working with Automotive Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.

- Robust OEM relationship management and commercial negotiation experience.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
