Job Responsibilities

- Recruit, train and manage a team of sales professionals/advisors.
- Drive business growth through sales planning and execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct field visits, joint calls and team coaching activities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are met.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in BFSI Sales, Insurance, Banking, NBFC,



Broking or Financial Products.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.

Preferred Designations

ASM, Area Sales Manager, SDM, Sales Development Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Unit Manager, Agency Manager, Business Development Manager, Territory Manager, Relationship Manager, Team Leader – Sales.
