About the Role

Nexsys is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our software products, with a strong focus on NexAccel NexInsure — our AI-powered, API-first insurance technology platform used by insurers, brokers, and reinsurers. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor sales role for someone who can own the full sales cycle and speak credibly to both business and technology stakeholders in the insurance ecosystem.

We welcome applications from two kinds of professionals: (a) B2B SaaS/enterprise software sales professionals who can ramp up quickly on insurance domain knowledge, and (b) insurance industry professionals (Life, General, Health, Reinsurance, or Insurance Broking) with strong business acumen who are ready to move into a solution-selling, quota-carrying role. What matters most is the ability to understand a client's problem and articulate how our solutions solve it.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth by selling Nexsys software products and technology solutions, with a primary focus on NexInsure
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, with emphasis on insurers, brokers & TPAs
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Engage with business leaders and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to the client's context
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagements




- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling across the NexInsure product suite
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer requirements

Who We're Looking For Track A — Software / SaaS Sales Background

- 2–10 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles and consistently hitting revenue targets
- Comfort learning a new domain – Insurance
- Prior exposure to insurance industry is a strong plus, though not mandatory

Track B — Insurance Industry Background

- Solid end-to-end understanding of the insurance business — Life, General, Health, Reinsurance, or Insurance Broking
- Experience working with or within insurers, brokers, TPAs, or reinsurers
- Demonstrated business development, relationship management, or client-facing commercial experience
- Willingness to move into a quota-carrying software sales role and build core sales-cycle skills

Common to Both Tracks

- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand complex solutions and articulate business value clearly to clients
- Experience engaging mid-to-large enterprise customers
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field is not mandatory but is an added advantage
