Job DescriptionJob Summary:- We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate new leads, and manage client relationships for HVAC projects. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.

NIndustry:- HVAC (Air Conditioning, Air Cooling, Kitchen Ventilation & Fire Fighting Systems)

NLocation:- Jaipur, Rajasthan

NExperience Required:- 8 Years

NQualification:- Any Graduate (Preferred: MBA Marketing / Business Administration)

NSalary:- As per Industry Standards + Incentives Employment Type:- Full-Time

NWorking Days:- 6 Days Working

NKey Responsibilities:-

NGenerate new business opportunities and leads

NDevelop and execute sales strategies

NHandle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

NPrepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

NAchieve monthly and annual sales targets





NMaintain strong relationships with clients and consultants

NCoordinate with technical and project teams for execution

NMarket research and competitor analysis

NMaintain sales pipeline and CRM records

NParticipate in site visits and project discussions

NRequired Skills Robust sales and negotiation skills

NExcellent communication and presentation skills

NKnowledge of HVAC industry preferred

NClient relationship management

NTarget-oriented and self-motivated

NMS Excel & CRM knowledge
