We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our inside sales team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing brand partnerships, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships in the e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard recent brands/clients for the platform
- Drive inside sales through calls, emails, and online meetings
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, catalog, etc.) for smooth onboarding and execution
- Track sales pipeline and maintain reports in CRM tools
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
