About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow our Airbnb business across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, optimizing pricing, managing Airbnb listings, handling guest inquiries, and increasing revenue through strategic pricing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Airbnb Listing Management

- Manage all Airbnb property listings across the United States.

- Create and optimize new Airbnb listings.

- Update property descriptions, amenities, house rules, photos, and pricing.

- Ensure listings remain accurate, competitive, and optimized for Airbnb search rankings.

Pricing &

- Revenue Management

- Set daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and holiday pricing.

- Monitor competitor pricing and market demand.

- Adjust pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Launch promotional offers and last-minute discounts.

Calendar &

- Availability Management

- Manage booking calendars and availability.

- Prevent double bookings.

- Coordinate blocked dates for maintenance and cleaning.

Guest Communication

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries.

- Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.

- Handle booking modifications and cancellations professionally.

- Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings.

Sales &

- Occupancy Growth

- Increase occupancy across Airbnb properties.

- Reduce vacancy periods.

- Improve booking conversion rates.

- Drive repeat guest bookings.

Market Research &

- Reporting

- Monitor competitors and local market trends.





- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Track occupancy, revenue, pricing, booking trends, and guest reviews.

Coordination

- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

- Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in.

Qualifications

- Experience managing multiple Airbnb listings.

- Knowledge of the US short-term rental market is preferred.
