Key Responsibilities Allocate leads to interns and full-time team members.

Track all allocated leads and their status.

Check non-responsive leads regularly.

Call the concerned team member to understand why the lead was not followed up.

Ensure pending leads are followed up on time.

Reassign leads when required.

Maintain proper lead records in the CRM.

Check whether team members are updating lead status correctly.

Coordinate with the team to resolve lead-related issues.

Report key lead management issues to management.
