- Sales Calls & Outreach: Make daily outbound phone calls and cold calls to corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to pitch hotel meeting spaces, group rates, and packages.
- Lead Generation: Reseah and identify potential corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group booking opportunities.
- Client Communication: Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email to answer inquiries, share rate sheets, and pitch hotel amenities.
- Data & CRM Management: Log all sales calls, client feedback, and lead statuses accurately into the hotel's CRM or database tracker.
- Sales Support:] Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, group contracts, and custom presentations for prospective clients.
