About the CompanyHybrid Academy of Finance and Management (HAFM) is a finance and management company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We specialize in financial market education, stock trading workshops, and corporate management programs.

Role OverviewWe are looking for 6 energetic and ambitious Sales Interns to join our team at our Malaparamba office in Kozhikode. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, sales pitching, and direct business development within the finance and education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential leads and explain HAFM's financial management courses and training programs.
- Assist the core sales and telecalling team in managing lead lists and updating tracking sheets.
- Follow up with interested candidates and address their initial queries regarding course details and schedules.




- Learn and apply effective sales scripts, phone etiquette, and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Participate in daily sales team meetings and track individual performance against basic targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: recent graduate (Any stream; Finance, Commerce, or Marketing background is a plus).
- Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam (Working knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- Willingness to learn sales techniques, phone communication, and client negotiation.
- High energy, enthusiastic attitude, and desire to build a career in sales, marketing, or finance.
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
