Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive our business growth in Kozhikode. In this role, you will take ownership of our sales operations, manage a team of telesales executives and sales interns, develop outreach strategies, and ensure the consistent achievement of revenue and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership & Execution: Drive revenue growth by leading daily sales operations for HAFM’s finance and management programs.
- Team Management: Guide, train, and track the daily performance of telesales executives and sales interns to ensure high lead conversion rates.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel,



from lead allocation to final enrollment and follow-ups.
- Process Optimization: Set daily/weekly call targets, improve sales pitches, and ensure systematic lead tracking via spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- High-Value Closing: Directly handle key inquiries, corporate/institutional walk-ins, and high-ticket leads.
- Reporting: Report daily sales performance, target achievement, and lead conversion metrics to executive management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in sales management, team handling, or business development.
- Education: Graduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, or any related field.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Key Skills: Team leadership, strong closing skills, target-driven mindset, and proficiency in lead management tools/MS Excel.
