About the Role

Heaven Decor N Gifts is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers choose premium home dcor and gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Handle billing, cash/card payments, and invoice generation.
- Assist in stock management, inventory counting, and replenishment.
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
- Support festive promotions, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and product knowledge.

Required Skills




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS billing is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Good presentation and grooming.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in retail sales, Chandleirs, home dcor, electronics, or gifting is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours 11:30 AM 9:00 PM (Weekly Off as per company policy)
