Roles and Responsibilities

Globus Buildcon is hiring a Sales Head (Commercial/Retail) for their ongoing mixed use project at Ayodhya Bypass - Mayfair.

- Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets for commercial and retail phases.

- Utilize various marketing tools to assist with lead generation.

- Conduct client visits and interactions to convert leads into deal closures.

- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.

- Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with clients to close deals.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
