Tekno Electro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TESX Industries) is a leading manufacturer of RFID Hotel Locks, Digital Locks, Digital Safes, Hotel Amenities, and Hospitality Solutions. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support our B2B sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales.
- Build strong relationships with hotels, dealers, distributors, architects, and project clients.
- Prepare quotations, share product catalogues, and coordinate with customers until order closure.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
