Akriti by Shakun is a premium bridal and occasion wear boutique in Patiala, known for custom lehengas, designer suits, and bespoke bridal outfits. We believe every client deserves a personal, luxurious experience and that starts the moment they walk in.

Role Overview

We need a energetic person who owns the client relationship completely and makes a strong impression. From the first hello to the final delivery, you are the single point of contact for every customer. You will understand what they need, guide them through our collections, and connect them with the right salesperson for customisation. Everything else coordination, follow-ups, records — is on you. Training will be provided.

This is not just a job. We want someone who treats this brand like their own.

What You'll Own

- Be the first and only point of contact for all clients — in store, on WhatsApp, and on social media
- Understand each client's vision, occasion, and budget
- Assign the right salesperson for customisation and designing — then step back and coordinate




- Track every order from consultation to delivery using Excel / digital workbooks
- Manage client follow-ups, fitting schedules, and payment reminders
- Keep the floor organised, welcoming, and running smoothly
- Handle Instagram DMs, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings

The Personality We're Looking For
- You take ownership — no waiting to be told, you just get it done.
- Positive energy, confident presence, warm with clients.
- Active, on-the-floor personality, not a sit-and-watch type.
- Fashion sense and an eye for what clients actually need.
- Strong communicator in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.

Skills Required
- Excel / Google Sheets for order and client tracking.
- 2–5 years of experience in a boutique, fashion retail, or luxury store (preferred); motivated freshers are also welcome to apply.
- WhatsApp Business & social media handling.
- Minimum Graduate (Any Stream).
- Basic smartphone and Social media app proficiency.
- Freshers welcome — attitude and ownership matter more than experience.
