Role & responsibilities :- Supervises daily sales, leasing, or property operations. They guide agents and staff, track daily targets, handle client escalations, and link upper management with on-the-ground teams.

The role of a frontline manager is to coordinate operations, while motivating and guiding their team toward achieving their goals. They represent their employees to senior management, implement organizational strategies, and ensure that required resources are available.

Team Leadership and Training

- Coach Agents: Teach sales pitches, negotiation skills, and property closing techniques.
- Onboard Staff: Train new real estate agents on company tools and local market trends.
- Set Goals: Assign daily or weekly call quotas, site visits, and sales targets.
- Track Performance: Review individual agent output and offer constructive feedback.





Operations and Sales Support

- Manage Leads: Oversee lead distribution and ensure proper tracking in the company CRM system.
- Oversee Site Visits: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Resolve Issues: Handle difficult client complaints or contract disputes in office.
- Report Data: Send daily and weekly sales or leasing reports to upper management.

Compliance and Quality Control

- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all paperwork follows local real estate laws and regulations.
- Check Documents: Review initial lease agreements, booking forms, and client files for accuracy.
