: Sales Field Executive Home Loans

Job Purpose To generate Home Loan business through field sales activities, customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship building with customers, builders, real estate agents, and referral partners. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Source Home Loan customers through field visits, direct sales, referrals, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote Home Loan products and explain product features to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement throughout the loan process.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.

Lead Generation & Market Coverage




- Conduct field visits and market surveys to identify potential customers.
- Develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners.
- Participate in branch campaigns and local marketing activities.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings.

Documentation & Processing
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Ensure collection of required KYC and income documents.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closures.

Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure ethical sourcing of customers.
- Maintain portfolio quality and support recovery efforts, if required.

Reporting & MIS
- Submit daily sales activity reports and visit updates.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
