Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Executive – MICE Sales to assist our MICE sales team in managing day-to-day client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the MICE or travel industry and a passion for delivering top-tier service support.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets.

 Generate current business leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients from corporate and institutional sectors.

 Manage end-to-end MICE proposal s – from inquiry, pitching, costing, and presentation to final closure.





 Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, contracting, and finance to ensure smooth event execution.

 Negotiate and finalize deals with clients and vendors, ensuring profitability and compliance.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to create new MICE opportunities.

 Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility and expand reach.

 Maintain detailed MIS and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
