About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives for a growing travel company. We are looking for robust sales professionals who can convert both inbound and outbound leads into confirmed sales .

Travel industry experience is not mandatory . What matters most is your ability to communicate with customers, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, handle objections, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries .
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate, handle objections and close sales .
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead/customer information and follow-up records.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.




- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in sales / business development / inside sales / telesales / field sales preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads .
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from industries such as real estate, BFSI, automobile, telecom, SaaS, education, hospitality, retail, logistics, etc. are welcome.
- Travel industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

? Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000/month The exact fixed salary will depend on your sales experience and interview performance .

In addition to the fixed salary, there is an attractive performance-based variable/incentive , directly linked to the amount of business you generate.

Higher sales = Higher earning potential.
