About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive – Telugu Speaker to handle prospective student leads, counsel students and parents, and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

Work Location: St. Mary's University, Ground Floor, Prajay Princeton Towers, Opposite Metro Pillar No. 1650, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call prospective students using leads provided by the university.
- Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and the admission process.
- Counsel students and parents and address their queries.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up status.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Other Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling sales calls and student counselling.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work from the office in Hyderabad.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
