Sales Executive – Indore Airport

Urgent Hiring | Full-time | In-store Retail

Location: Indore Airport, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on the skills and experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium jewellery retail team at Indore Airport. The role involves customer interaction, product presentation, sales conversion and maintaining a high-quality retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Ensure products and displays are well-presented.
- Handle billing and basic store operations.




- Support stock management and regular stock checks.

Requirements

- Freshers can apply; prior retail/sales experience is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium brands is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-oriented.
- Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
