Job Summary

Talent Bridge Solutions is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present products or services and explain their benefits.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or sales reports.




- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
