Skyhawker is hiring Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive for Flight Sales (B2B/B2C). If you have tarvel industry experience and hands-on Amadeus knowledge, we want to talk to you.

Job Location: Panchkula (Work from office)

Salary: Hike on Current CTC

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats & emails for flight booking inquiries
- Search & quote fares using Amadeus GDS
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings; upsell add-ons (seat, baggage, insurance)
- Coordinate with airlines/consolidators for fare holds, ticketing & reissues
- Handle cancellations, refunds, date changes & escalations
- Manage corporate/agent accounts and consolidator relationships
- Negotiate fares for group & bulk bookings
- Mentor junior team members and support target achievement
- Maintain accurate records in CRM




- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Ensure GDS/PNR accuracy to avoid ADM (Airline Debit Memo) issues

Requirements:

- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Travel Domain (mandatory)
- Must know Amadeus (hands-on, mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English mandatory; regional language a plus)
- Comfortable with target-based, high-pressure workplace
- Prior team handling experience preferred for Sr. Sales Executive level
