Job Summary

Shinex Glass Mosaics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Sales, Production, Design, and Dispatch teams. The role involves ensuring smooth order execution, coordinating sample requirements, preparing MIS reports, tracking sales performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between the Sales and Production teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS Reports.
- Track sales targets and update the sales team's performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Design Team for product, and customer-specific design requirements.
- Ensure sample are prepared, maintained, and dispatched on time as per sales team requirements.




- Coordinate with the Dispatch and Logistics team for timely delivery of orders and samples.
- Maintain customer order records and update order status.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with internal departments for timely completion.
- Support management with sales analysis and reporting.

Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Graduate
- Experience: 1–3Years (with solid coordination skills can also apply)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (MIS reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
