We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage property rental enquiries and assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interaction, property visits, negotiations, and closing rental deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for residential and commercial rental properties.
- Meet prospective tenants and understand their rental requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Coordinate with property owners and negotiate rental terms.
- Maintain a database of available properties and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful rental agreements.
- Achieve monthly rental targets and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Prepare rental documentation and coordinate the agreement process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence (Mandatory).
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online property platforms.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
- Experience in real estate, property rentals, or sales will be an added advantage.
